As a company with more than 30 years of experience in aluminium processing, we offer our customers the high-quality surface finishing of aluminium plates and aluminium parts.
One of the surface finishing methods used by us is the anodisation of aluminium plates. During this process, an oxidic protective layer develops on the aluminium. This layer is generated during the conversion of the metal surface. We offer anodised aluminium plates and parts in 9 different dyes. The surface of anodised aluminium is particularly hard and scratch-resistant, which is why aluminium treated this way can also be used in heavy duty areas.
Another method for the surface finishing is the chromate conversion coating of aluminium. For this process, we use Li-chromium which is free from chromium trioxide according to the RohS standard. This coating offers optimum corrosion protection for the aluminium. At the rear side of the aluminium plates, the chromate conversion coating is a perfect conductive primer, while the front side can be anodised in different colours.
All aluminium products which are processed by us can be processed and engraved using a laser.
Aluminium is used everywhere. From architecture to automotive engineering, machines and everyday objects, aluminium is used and valued because of its excellent properties.
The surface finish makes aluminium more resistant to environmental influences. Moreover, it is also possible to improve the optical properties, so that the surfaces receive a decorative look. This way, for example, it is possible to deliver aluminium which looks like stainless steel.
